Indanam

This is to introduce our product “INDANAM” a fuel additive which saves the consumption of fuel viz., Furnace Oil / HSD / LSD by nearly 15-18%. INDANAM is a proprietory product manufactured by Ozo-Tek Enviro Solutions (P) Ltd., Bangalore. INDANAM was launched after successful trials in the month of January 2010.

Saving of fuel and energy is the primary focus of all power consumers. Even the Government of India is bringing out incentives and also credit certificates for Industrial Units which conserve power by adopting innovative technologies.

To address this thought process Ozo-Tek has invented INDANAM. This product saves Furnace Oil to a large extent and can reduce fuel consumption upto 20% after prolonged usage and under ideal conditions.

The Product is absolutely environmental friendly and has no adverse reaction towards the environment or the Furnace Oil in boilers or on the plant.

The main ingredients of INDANAM are Aliphatic Hydro Carbons, Ethyl Nitrite, Glycols and Proprietory Chemicals etc.

INDANAM is required in very small dosages say 1-3 ml for every litre of the Fuel used. The advantages in using our

SALIENT FEATURES OF INDANAM:

1. INDANAM is basically a petroleum product with only 10% proprietary materials, liquid in form and easily miscible with Furnace Oil. It becomes homogeneous with the fuel. INDANAM is easy to handle, store and apply.
2. INDANAM ensures that combustion is nearly 100%. This enhances the combustible / thermal efficiency of the Boiler and absolutely it has no side effects.
3. INDANAM allows cent percent combustion and absorption of the calorific value of Furnace Oil. The calorific value of Furnace is harnessed to the maximum, reducing the consumption of Furnace Oil and hence saving in cost to a great extent.
4. Since, the combustion is near 100% the stack parameters improve drastically minimizing pollution. The Company will be reducing the production of green house gases thereby contributing to green revolution. The Company also benefit from Carbon Trading under CDM technology.
5. INDANAM reduces / breaks the cohesive bonding of the sludge releasing the Furnace Oil, thus yielding extra Furnace Oil. Sludge formation is reduced thereby enhancing life of storage tanks.
6. INDANAM reduces the soot formation in the heating surface of the boiler. The entire flue path and the stack of the chimney will be free from soot and keeps the environment clean and safe.
7. In addition to above the Furnace Oil saving is in the range of 10 – 25% in ideal and optimum working conditions (provided proper measuring instrumentations are installed) which amounts to savings in a FEW Lakhs. This is a big saving to the organization.
